The worst host ever. I have left after day and a half and in spite of 'Money Back Guarantee' HostBig refuses refund. Theft anyone? Problems? What Problems? Aha, well they send wrong site info, wordpress install does not work, FTP does not work, EMAILS do not work...what works? Tech support, o yeah they will not hear you if you say this does not work they will tell you to restart the computer to get rid of you. If you read this before having them, enjoy being a fool if you go for them. Awful and disguisting!

hostbig.com been with them for more than a month but paid for a year. subdomain always timeout, their technical team says it would not happen again but it is still happening. Good thing I was still at development stage otherwise it would be a nightmare to change host. I still don't know if their "money back guarantee" is reliable.
