I have had hosting for several of my sites for over a year now. Prior to obtaining SiteRise, I had gone through some horrible hosts, so I know what a bad host is. What a welcome relief from the rest! SiteRise is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy on the budget - what more can one ask for? The services they offer are outstanding and their rates are quite reasonable. Of the very few times I've put in a trouble ticket, their customer support has answered right away, usually within about 30 minutes. Not only is their support staff on the ball, but their attitude has always been upbeat, positive, and friendly. Overall, I give them a "10" rating!
