This was fantastic hosting at the begining. Quick response time, solid uptime. Now this year it was little different story. Servers went down for 10 hours, even their website was offline. Their VPS portal home - control panel is not working properly. I tried to rebuild OS template, but no luck. Waiting for 3 days on support to do it for me. And I think I'll be waiting for additional 3 days. DO NOT use this hosting.

Dont believe the reviews above. I wouldn't put it past these guys to review themself as crappy as a company as they run...

These guys shut down multiple vps's that i was reselling for. When I asked them the reason they claimed it was spam but refused to provide any examples or anything to show there was email coming off the server.

Some of the guys I resold vps's to have hardly any linux knowledge. I asked the guys at DigitalLinx several times to provide an example or some sort of proof but they kept changing the subject and ignoring my requests.

I even went through the guys backup.tar file and not one script in the entire thing had anything related to mailing in the first place.

This company is cheaper than the rest for a reason, they are going to screw you over. I only used them personally for about a month because the servers go down more often than paris hilton. You can pretty much expect at least an hour a day of downtime no matter how big of a package you buy.

One of the guys I resold for even threatened to charge me back because of how often the VPS's failed...

Once again, this company is cheap for a reason... Think about it... It's worth the extra $5-10/month to have a host which is up more often than down...

I have a number of personal websites hosted on my VPS with digitallinx. I have been with them since early December 2008. There have been a couple of short downtimes, both caused by the datacenter, so digitallinx is not at fault. The server itself is quick, not overloaded. Ping/latency from their datacenter to central Canada is quick.

Support has been stellar. I haven't needed them much, but they have been very responsive the couple of times that I have needed to talk to them.

It is a very big VPS for a small price, and I am very, very pleased with it.

I have been with Digital Linx for over a month now and I must say it's the best host I've had so far.

The support team replies in matter of seconds either on livechat, email or the ticketing system.

I have never had a downtime so far and my website has been running smoothly without any issues.

They even helped me setup email and fixed couple of bad php scripts for me, even though they offer unmanaged VPS hosting it sure feels like managed.

Their prices are way lower than any other VPS provider with good reputation.
