I have registered a domain (worldinfosoft.com) and hosted on gixxerpc on jan 2009. the first and second month was good but since mid of april 2009, gixxerpc's server is down and the main site of gixxerpc is also not running. The Gixxerpc completely closed since 1 month. There are no any message and support from gixxerpc. There phone line is always on busy. I have the main problem is how i transfer my domain on other server, therefore my domain registered with gixxerpc and it is locked. How I can get my EPP code. Any one tell me how I contact them.

An update: Gixxer apparently took our money and folded. It has been down for a month, no longer seems to have a web address or e-mail account.

Live and learn. I subscribed last fall because it had good ratings, then read later that gixxer was behind some of those reviews.

This is the worst company I have ever Dealt with. I purchased a product from them.It worked fine for a short time the they wanted you to purchase it. The purchased version doesnt work anymore and NOONE gixxerpc will answer anyones emails. I want my money back

I'm trying to find out if anything is up with Gixxer. I'm subscribed to Gixxer pc last fall and everything was good until the past five days. Now, my site, and the entire gixxer pc site has been down for five days, and I've gotten no response from them. I'm not sure what is going on. Prior to this, I would have given gixxer good reviews. It's easy to use and had been reliable.

I with gixxerpc for over 2 months now. The 1st month was great. 2nd month we upgraded LxAdmin control panel and that made the sites unstable. We deleted the sites (files) and guess what the sites are still working which is impossible. We requested to check this out and response after 15 hrs was given it seems like internal issue.

We didnt found any obvious problem, so we requested the vps rebuild. Even after 24 hrs it hasn't been done and no further response has been received. They call it fully managed and 24/7 support but there is no such thing. I'm going away from this company.
