I must have gone through well over a dozen hosting companies in the first five years of web publishing. Six years ago, I started hosting my dad's e-commerce site on hostingit365.com - now HostTiger - and have never looked back. Though I haven't had to use it much, the help desk is quick and efficient. Just recently I had to renew my SSL immediately. They didn't ask me for billing information or references or anything silly, they just did it. When they altered their hosting packages to ones that fit me a little less well, they let me keep my old configuration at the same rate. They take monthly payments and I've never had to pay any sort of setup fees or other such nonsense. With all the other concerns of a web business, it's nice not to have to worry about the web host.

Uptime is great! My site is always online and when I submit tickets, there is usually a response about 10 to 20 minutes later. They even checked and helped configure my scripts. The best hosting service I ever used.
