This company is the way all hosts should be. i bought the software, and have full support 12 hours a day and on Sat. When I write in after hours, someone answers. The techs are fabulous, the ultimate in my opinion. They can spend hours with you on the phone helping you to do the website set up even if you don't buy the design package. They are based in Las Vegas, and i've never had a bad experience since i started with them in August. The other host previously? horrible Ipowerweb.
