Horrible provider. Outrageous customer service. Lot of down time and no service during nights or weekends. Your site or email can be 2 days down! If you dare to complain, they will punish you. In my case they took down my default credit card, then when time came to pay for domain renewal they didn't use the card to renew and my domain expired. When I asked why it was down, they put the card back. They blamed me that I manipulated the card (why should I do that?), but they refuse to disclose their logs, from which I can prove that the manipulation of my control panel was done by a Parcom insider. When I insisted to get an explanation, they cancelled my account and did not give me money back!

Stay away of Parcom!!!
