The support you get is if a 12 yr old is giving it to you, there adminds dont know the diff between htaccess and apache, I paid for hosting, was not even able to get site up due to there php settings, they offer php hosting but fail to tell you its with disbaled fucntions, there 30 day money back thats a joke, I never got mine back and was only on there server for 4-5 days so beware, this is what you call a fly by host, very unsecure kernal outdated to begain with sites all over server being exploited... Not all that great

I don't think there is a better hosting service available for the price.

I'm a PC-Core customer for 45 days and I used to have resellers and master resellers accounts (or you name it). No one of the hosts i work in the past is so good as PC-Core crew and its impossible to compare an own dedicated experience to a simple reseller account. With your own dedi you have a lot more control of what your customers do.

PC-Core crew helped me with a lot of doubts that i had on the beggining (even had work with dedis before, but I still have some problems) and in almost no time all my customers was transferred from my master reseller account to their server.

I'm getting a very good service for what I pay. It's trully a "free support" not hard-included in the price we pay for the services. Go with them if you look for true reliability!

I have just registered or signed up with PC Core.net Standard Hosting, and so far they have been the best host that I have ever been with. When I first setup my site and everything I had a Database Error and Opened a Support Ticket on the site and then about 1 min later i refreshed and I already had a Tech person talking with me and Zac was able to fix the problem and my site was back up after about 5 min. All in all I just wanted to let you all know that if your looking for Hosting...sign up with PC Core. They will do great wonders for you and your site.

I have been with a few different hosting providers in the past, all different issues and sites. One provider just randomly shut down with no notification, so that kind of sucked. I joined pc core a while back, about 3 months. The first server we were on had hardware issues so we were moved to a new server with little downtime. The live chat at the beginning was decent, but it has improved a lot and I like being able to ask questions anytime, I wish they had phone support but their live chat seems to be ok for now. Ever since the move, everything has been exceptionally and there has been no downtime so far. My only issues are when there is an invoice, I get like 10 emails in a week reminding me which is slightly annoying, but I can live with that.
