I've been hosting with VectorLevel for almost a year now after signing up with them when they were just starting off. I enjoy drawing and put up comics and other artwork on my site (1000oclock.com) and for what I've been doing, everything has been great. I haven't noticed any downtime and it's a huge plus that they're a local company so I get personalized service.

They definitely come highly recommended in my book for web hosting. I would absolutely give them a chance if you want something better than a huge megacompany that doesn't care about you.

VectorLevel, a new an upcoming web host. For the price you pay, I'd say VectorLevel is outstanding. I experienced two different scenario's of downtime within the 4-5 months of being hosted with them, which isn't bad at all.

The one thing that bothered me & ultimately left me moving back to MediaLayer was the MySQL crashes. It seems as if the MySQL server on london.* crashed at least once a week. While, I'm not sure if it was crashing, or simply hitting outrageous load levels it would log out everyone on say, a blog or a forum & that was quite annoying.

Overall though I would say if VectorLevel can get the kinks out of MySQL they would be an excellent choice for anyone.

I've been with VectorLevel for almost 8 months now, and I don't have a single complaint. Their customer support is top notch - you'll almost always touch base frequently with the owners throughout your stay with them, and any problem you may have will always be made a priority.

Reliability wise, I haven't seen any downtime in my 8 months with VL, which, in my opinion, is absolutely fantastic. My websites always load quickly and without lag, and have effortlessly handled traffic spikes.

I really enjoy the transparent management - they always update you to what's happening behind the scenes, and they have an active community forum/twitter account where they are always ready and willing to help out in any way, or simple engage in some friendly conversation.

I highly recommend VectorLevel to anybody looking for an honest, reliable, and friendly hosting company!

I started my first blog with them and it has been a really good experience. The only thing is that their prices are sort of high since I can't find much time to update my blog lately.
