I had been doing search for web hosting in former USSR countries, but all had very poor review. To my wonder US base web hosting company webhostgiant won my own competition thanks to other reviews from Russian people. Webhostgiant has (and currently have) the fastest connection speed, 0 downtime and the cheapest price as of now. It is believed the best combination for me whaen everybody is happy: me, my visitors and my web host.

I have been hosted with webhostgiant for short period of time for this site, but they have managed to make me happy again. Thy are the same great as they used to be when I first time tried them. I feel that they do improve their service every day and that is very important for me as for the customer. Like now I get many domains to host for price.

I'm from China, but living in US so far. I was interested in creating something about my home. Site was not a problem at all. But I have spent too much time to find something really great loaded in China. Webhostgiant is superb hosting with very fast network.

I had done huge search for a web host for wordpress. I checked all WP suggested web hosts and was not satisfied enough until I found a good 5 to narrow down. I was interested in quality reviews, good server performance and cheap rates for the web hosting service. Webhostgiant has given it to me and actually more. I have no idea if they are specialized host but my WP works great there. I have no problem passing on another positive review for them.

I do not know for sure how good their support is but I assume it is good. I have never contacted them regarding any technical issue which is new for me. But what I can say for sure: their service is a rock solid one. Zero downtime, fast loads, no rush or busy hours like my last host. Webhostgiant works like a Swiss watch.

I asked WHG in a ticket where I can send my comments about the good service I have received so far. They sent me links to a few places like this site. So if for any reason things change, I will be back. But for now, here iswhat I would say:

When I started my online business I needed good web host, but at the time I did not know where to start. Luckily my friend told me about WHG. I was somewhat skeptical of the quality assurances I would get (considering this is REALLY cheap web hosting), but I am glad I took my friends advice. I guess even cheaper web hosting solutions like what WHG offers can be of higher quality then expected. I have been pleasantly surprised to say the least. Plus people like Dennis and Jeff make their support easy to work with. If someone were to ask me which host I use, I would have no reservations about telling them it is WHG.

I planned to open small personal web site for my own image collection. I

had spent about a week to find a nice web application for this purpose. My

friend recommended me webhost giant as the host and I signed up for them

with eyes closed. I do not know how to confirm if they really good or bad

host as this is my first site

but I'm satisfied with the service I get and I have never had any

complaint.

NON-expensive host. Here is where I rate them right now:

1. Activation - it took few seconds. I sent payment via paypal and got

activation details immediately. - 10/10

2. Setup. They provided me the pleask control panel. I had never used that

before but found that very easy once I got use to it. - 10/10

3. Support. Overal good impression. They do not have 24/7 phone

Support, but the 24/7 chat is fine for me. - 9/10

4. Price. The best price for the service I could find. - 10/10

Accidentally found web hosting company for personal web site became

my core web hosting provider. I was looking for small (it would be

true to say cheap) web hosting account for one of my personal web

site. I started using webhostgiant. Soon my core hosting crashed and

I was moved to transfer all accounts to Webhostgiant. Now I haven't

had any crash and I'm on the top of the world. I feel I pay less then

get in return. And that is really good so far.

Fantastic if you want cheap web hosting and perfect service. I do pay not

much ($3.00) but receive really GIANT services :) . I mean not only the price

is good, but other things as well.

I have been using them only for short period of time but I have had pleasing

results.

The service is what I would have expected from a more expensive host. I'm a

and I happy to get such high quality services at rather small fee.

I dare say Webhost Giant is the best hosting I have ever tried.

When I signed up with them I was warned about low price places but my web

site was not large so I figured what the heck.

I do not know if I had large web site host requirement I would have but for

me the fact I pay $3 and get the service I have is beyond any expectations I

had.

That was not a problem to find them (google ad), that was a problem to

make decision and gave them a go. Finally I decided to try. I have some

huge MySQL databases and I worried if I would be able to host them

within my web hosting account with them. Everything is there!

So far I have no problem. Never used their support so can't say

anything, but sales managers are very polite. And what can be valued

highly is their uptime and reliability. I did not expect such good service

for $2.79 per month.

I have been using webhostgiant for a one month. And I have to say I get what I paid for. The service is really great. What really impressed me was the time I waited for the new account!

I paid using my credit card and within few minutes I have “welcome email” from them.

I haven’t had any downtime. And that is very important for me especially for my SEO.

Difficult to say how is their support team as I haven’t tried that yet. With the lovely control panel they offer I haven’t had any problems.

Easy, cheap and great. If you really need quality service and ask me I would recommend webhostgiant.

Horrible.

Hard to use interface for setting and configuration. Was given a password that didn't work for cPanel. FTP login stopped working all of a sudden and password resets did nothing. I just gave up with them.

Received a notice they had billed me out of the blue! I never signed up for automatic billing so this was a surprise. Contacted support and was told they do not do refunds. I looked around in their settings and it appears there is no way to opt out of auto-renew.

Now I've just paid for another few months of a slow, unreliable service that I can't even log into to use.

I rated their pricing as average - they're quite low priced, but the response time, uptime and support are horrible. I'd rather spend a bit more for some quality.

I have only been with them for a month, I have seen more downtime than I have in the last 6 years with my old host. I am told it is just the server I am on and they are working to correct it.

They answer questions fairly quickly and with good answers.

Pricing is unbelievably inexpensive so I wondered about reliability. I am going to hang on and see If the errors are corrected as it took 4 days to transfer all my sites to them.

I only left my old host due to being infected by trojans twice in 6 months, they had security issues!

This host is possibly cheapest reliable provider that I have ever met щк heard about. I evem had a doubt in their reliability when I saw the site for the fist time. I have a very small site and I was looking for a cheap but stable host.

When I saw hopw much they offer and the price, I firstly thought that it is too good, and some scamming, but after talking with experienced people I decided to give a try.

Now I am a happy customer of these guys for already 7 months and I have to say I should make a bigger site because 25gigs they gave me to use is too much for me :)

The support of the company is just good. Sometimes it takes time for getting the answer, but since there almost no problem with the services itself it doesn't influence my works almost.

Never seen downtimes... But howbeit, I may not be in the right place and in right time.
